DeNS Query

This describes the DeNS query component of DeNS. DeNS Query is an HTTP server that syncs with the Cardano blockchain (using Ogmios as an interface to the blockchain) by providing a PostgreSQL database of all UTxOs containing relevant information to the DeNS protocol.
